Human Rights Campaign
The Human Rights Campaign envisions a world where every member of the LGBTQ family has the freedom to live their truth without fear, and with equality under the law. We empower our 3 million members and supporters to mobilize against attacks on the most marginalized people in our community.
The Trevor Project
Provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for LGBT youth
Our mission is to build on a foundation of loving families united with LGBTQ people and allies who support one another, and to educate ourselves and our communities to speak up as advocates until all hearts and minds respect, value and affirm LGBTQ people.
Lambda Legal, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is a national organization committed to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and everyone living with HIV through impact litigation, education and public policy work.
Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers. We believe that some of the best support that trans people can receive is from trans community members with shared lived experience.
Call us if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you’re not in crisis or if you’re not sure you’re trans.
GLSEN works to ensure that LGBTQ students are able to learn and grow in a school environment free from bullying and harassment. Together we can transform our nation's schools into the safe and affirming environment all youth deserve.
Our Family Coalition
Our Family Coalition advances equity for the full and expanding spectrum of LGBTQ families and children through support, education, and advocacy.
Bringing LGBTQ US history into the mainstream curriculum ensures all students, today and beyond, learn and understand a more complete story of America and a more empowering reflection of who "We, the people" includes, allowing for genuine understanding and equality to become a reality for LGBTQ people.
