Chicago, IL - Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. announces its 2019 National Award winners at the Fraternity's annual National House of Delegates held at Alpha Epsilon Chapter (University of Michigan-Dearborn) in Dearborn, Michigan.

This years recipients were as follows:

Undergraduate Awards

  • Undergraduate Excellence: Eduardo Cortez (University of Illinois at Chicago)
  • Outstanding Campus Leadership: Victoria Perez (Colorado State University-Pueblo)
  • Philanthropist of the Year: Ariana Correa (University of Illinois at Chicago)
  • Chapter President of the Year: Tatiana Calvo (Colorado State University-Pueblo)

Chapter Awards

  • Highest Fall GPA: Eta Chapter - 3.437 (Ohio University)
  • Highest Spring GPA: Lindenwood Affiliate Chapter - 3.509 (Lindenwood University)
  • Chapter Philanthropic Excellence: Zeta (University of Illinois at Chicago)
  • Chapter of the Year: Alpha Beta (University of Texas Rio Grande Valley)

Alumni Awards

  • Alumni Involvement: Priscilla “Chela” Bautista (DePaul University)
  • Rising Professional: Rosalía Lugo (University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign)
  • Professional Excellence: Jacob Chacko (Northeastern Illinois University)
