Alpha Psi Lambda National Inc. Announces University of Dayton Expansion

Chicago, IL -  Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. welcomes its newest entity, the Alpha Psi Lambda, University of Dayton Affiliate Chapter, founded in Dayton, Ohio on December 2, 2018.

The following new members to our Familia are the Affiliate Chapter’s founding line, Los Innovadores:

Hugo Sigona Gonzalez • Jordan Angel •  Julio Patino • Luis Alberto Rogel
Vivian Mota •  Widad Mukhar • Yasmin Espino

This milestone event was made possible by the Expansion Committee, chaired by Vice President of Expansion, Michelle Maday, and includes Alexander Morales, Carlos Guzmán, Georgia Alcazar, and Izzi Flores. The committee represents alumni experience from our Gamma, Chi, and Psi Chapters - Northern Illinois University,  Lewis University, and Northern Kentucky University respectively.

The Affiliate Chapter is the sixth entity for Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. in the state of Ohio and University of Dayton’s first Latino Greek lettered organization.

Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. was founded in 1985 at the Ohio State University as a Latino-interest Fraternity by 13 Noble men and women. The mission of Alpha Psi Lambda is to promote continued personal and collective growth of our membership, success and unity through education, leadership, cultural awareness and community service. The Fraternity has expanded to include 33 collegiate Chapters and 7 Affiliate Chapters in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
