Why Alpha Psi Lambda?
We are the first and largest coed, Latino-interest fraternity in the Nation. Being coed makes us unique and provides members with real world experiences helping to prepare them for their futures. Our brothers and sisters are a familia that build friendships, help each other through difficult times, and learn from each other. Members can be actively involved in the fraternity as both undergraduates and alumni and provides a life time of memories and experiences.
Alpha Psi Lambda – National, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disabilities or veteran status.

What's in it for Me?
Alpha Psi Lambda recognizes the significance that organizations play in the development and enrichment of college students. Statistically, students involved in fraternities an sororities have a higher grade point average, an increased graduation rate, and greater success in post-academic endeavors. We contribute to this by providing opportunities to develop as a leader, to give to the community, and to work with both men and women, offering a real world experience.

Santos 'Xenios' Gordils Beta Chapter
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign "Alpha Psi Lambda has taught me the importance of maintaining a strong work ethic. I've been afforded many leadership opportunities on campus since my initiation, both in and out of the fraternity. My intake process taught me how to balance multiple responsibilities, manage my time effectively, and to be a strong, contributing member of campus society. Being a part of Alpha Psi Lambda means having a familia away from home. On campus, the members of my chapter act as my support system and help push and motivate me through difficult times. Above all, my Fraternity means having a group of brothers and sister with whom I share my successes, embrace my culture, and serve my community."
